The role

Technical Author, Newport. Technical author required to join a thriving organisation with an enviable global record based in Newport, South Wales. As a Technical Author within our client’s Insurance division based in Newport, South Wales you will be involved in the production of tender documents, technical and systems documentation, as well as the production user and training manuals. As a technical author based in Newport South Wales you should have be able to demonstrate solid technical authoring skills, have excellent client facing and communications skills and ideally have some exposure to either the insurance or financial services industry sectors although not essential as training will be provided.
