Candidate requirements

As a desktop support engineer working in Middlesex you will have solid technical exposure in the following areas:

• Experienced in the support of Microsoft Windows XP. • Experienced in the support of the Microsoft desktop product suite including MS Office 2003, MS Project and MS Visio. • Experienced in the use of desktop deployment tools including SMS, Altiris deployment tool • Experienced in the support of end user devices such as printers, plotters, scanners and fax machines. • Knowledge of the connectivity between desktop Services and network systems
