Office Manager, Leeds. Office Manager wanted by vibrant digital agency based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. As an office manager working in Leeds, West Yorkshire you will be tasked with the organisation and supervision of all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of a busy office environment.
As office manager working in Leeds, West Yorkshire you will carry out a range of administrative and IT-related tasks and will therefore be able to demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft based Office products including Word, Excel and Exchange.
As an office manager working in Leeds, West Yorkshire your role will involve:
managing filing systems recording office expenditure and managing the budget; organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment; maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs; organising and chairing meetings with staff ensuring adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output; promoting staff development and training; involvement in management discussions on the organisations policies and strategic development; responding to customer enquiries reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed; arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices; attending conferences and training.
